1. Services

• Kohay Agency provides services including:

• Marketing strategy development

• Instagram and social media management

• Paid advertising setup and management

• Marketing consulting

The scope of services is defined by the selected package or a separate written agreement.

 

2. Payments

• All monthly services are billed in advance.

• Payments are processed via Stripe or Zelle.

• Advertising budgets are paid separately and are not included in service fees.

• Subscription-based services renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.

 

3. Cancellations

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel monthly services.

No refunds will be issued for completed work or active billing periods.

 

4. No Guarantee of Results

Kohay Agency does not guarantee specific financial or business results.

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors, including market conditions, offer quality, competition, and internal business operations.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the creative assets produced for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Kohay Agency reserves the right to use created materials, project results, and non-confidential performance data for portfolio purposes, case studies, presentations, marketing materials, and website display.

Confidential business information will not be disclosed without written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Kohay Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
